All policies at OzoneToys.com are written with our customers' best interests in mind. Privacy, security, safety and expediency are words you'll always find associated with the Ozone brand. Toy Returns
At Ozone, we take great pride in our reputation for our customer service and our ongoing commitment to quality. For hygiene and safety reasons, only damaged or defective toys can be returned for exchange or refund. In theory, used items could be repackaged and resold to other Ozone shoppers, but we're certain you'd agree that such a practice would be morally reprehensible. If you receive a damaged or defective Ozone product, simply return it to us stating the nature of the defect, and we'll promptly send you a replacement or refund your money.
Lingerie Returns
Our lingerie return policy is simple and designed with the client in mind. You may return any unworn, intact lingerie for refund within 30 days of receipt. Please note that in order to be eligible for return, all tags and nylon fastener attachments that hold multiple pieces together must be intact and not disconnected, cut or damaged. All Ozone lingerie is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure your garment is in perfect condition when you receive it.
Health regulations prevent us from exchanging thongs and underwear, as well as worn merchandise. We do recognize, however, that customers may wish to try their garments on to check for fit and comfort. In this case, please remember to wear a liner when trying on an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that our customers are conscientious and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully, without cutting the tags, to see if the garment is what they expected. We would like to thank all of our customers accordingly for respecting this policy.
