All Ozone merchandise is packaged in nondescript boxes or padded envelopes, with Ozone Media Corporation indicated as the return address. Our packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents, except when required by international customs regulations. For international shipments, where we must describe package contents, the descriptions are discreet and generic - i.e., "lotion" or "plastic toy".

Ozone merchandise can be sent via any shipping method (Priority, Express or Standard) to any street address or post office box within Canada. Products can be sent to the 50 United States and to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses via Standard shipping only. We use a number of different carriers depending on your location and desired delivery date. Alternate carriers may be used as required. If you're an international customer, simply inform us in the Notes section of the checkout process and we'll make the necessary arrangements. Ozone will contact you regarding international shipping, handling and taxes prior to processing your order.

Packages sent to US and international addresses may be delayed by customs handling. Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling.

If items in your order are temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email with an estimated shipping date. You have the option to modify or cancel your order at anytime before it has shipped by contacting info@ozonetoys.com. Delivery times may be longer than times stated and are dependent upon our carrier. Shipping times are in business days; weekends are not included in overall delivery time.

Orders received before 12 p.m. Mountain Standard Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be processed the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days.

Ozone values you as a customer and respects your privacy. Coupons, product brochures or other promotional literature may be packaged inside your Ozone purchase, but you will never receive unsolicited materials from OzoneToys.com. At any time, however, you may request Ozone literature. As with all Ozone shipments, it will be sent in nondescript packaging from Ozone Media Corporation.
