Q3: Where will OzoneToys.com ship?
Although we're based in Canada, Ozone ships its
product line to any destination around the world. We use a number of
different carriers depending on where you are and how fast you would
like your products delivered. Alternative carriers may be used from
time-to-time. If you're an international customer, simply inform us
in the Notes section of the checkout process, and we'll make the
necessary arrangements. Ozone will contact you regarding
international shipping, handling and taxes prior to processing your
order.

Q4: How will my order arrive?
We recognize that most Ozone customers want to
maintain their privacy when ordering our products. Any product you
purchase from OzoneToys.com will arrive at your specified destination
in a nondescript box, sent by Ozone Media Corporation. The
OzoneToys.com logo is not present anywhere on our packaging or return
label, nor is any description of the package contents.

Q5: Will I receive follow-up material?
Ozone values you as a customer and respects your
privacy. Coupons, product brochures or other promotional literature
may be packaged inside your Ozone purchase, but you will never
receive unsolicited materials from OzoneToys.com. At any time,
however, you may request Ozone literature. As with all Ozone
shipments, it will be sent in nondescript packaging from Ozone Media
Corporation.
